Q: How much do you charge for the valuation?
A: We don't charge anything. There are no upfront fees.

Q: Can you purchase my property quickly?
A: We'll usually give a decision on the property within 24 hours and can have the cash in your bank within 7 days.

Q: What types of property do you buy?
A: We buy all kinds of property in any condition. We also buy land and commercial properties.

Q: Where in the UK do you buy properties?
A: We mainly buy properties in the North West but we have contacts all over the UK, so are able to deal with properties nationwide.

Q: Can I sell and rent back?
A: Yes, once we have purchased the property you will be able to rent it back and continue living there. We cater for every situation.

Q: Do you provide a solicitor?
A: We can provide a good, reliable solicitor if you haven't got one of your own.

Q: Who pays the legal fees?
A: We will pay upto £500 of your legal fees. Normally on a £100,000 house the fees will be about £450 exc VAT.

Q: Can I sell my property? It’s a mess.
A: Yes, we buy all types of houses, regardless of their condition
